Return Policy
You can return the products in the following situations:
-The product does not comply with the specifications mentioned following the telephone order confirmation discussion;
-The product is damaged.
According to GEO 34/2014, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the moment of taking over the package to request the replacement or return of the product.
Please consider the following:
The costs that fall to the consumer are the costs of delivery of products (Italy-customer and customer-Ida Shop, 43 Argentina Street, Bucharest) according to O.U.G (Government Emergency Ordinance) no. 34/2014, for individuals who purchase products from sites, using distance communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in O.U.G (Government Emergency Ordinance) no. 34/2014.
The customer is obliged to notify IDA Shop in advance of his intention to return the purchased products by written communication ([email protected]) or by telephone (031 620 87 18 or 0722 655 077) within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products. .
Custom made or customized products cannot be returned.
The customer cannot return the products if they have detached marks, stains and labels or if the original packaging is damaged.
In case of refund of the value of the product, this will be done by bank transfer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
In case of replacement of the product with an identical one or with another product, as a result of the non-conformity of the specifications or its deterioration, the replacement will be made under the conditions and limits of a normal order.
In all cases, the return / reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.
According to the legislation in force, the product return policy applies only to purchases made by individuals.
IDA Shop may refuse to cooperate with customers who have abused their right to cancel their purchase.
