Chandlo Makeup Table
Chandlo means "moon shape" or "bindi", that pure colored spot by Indian women on the forehead, which refers to the round mirror in the middle of the piece. furniture. Its composition seems abstract and is based on daily gestures and rituals performed when we dress and make up. This makeup table was created in 2012 for the Das Haus project, which explores the design of a perfect home. The table was positioned in the middle of the dressing room, having an architectural aspect so that it could be observed from all angles.
