Stanza dello Scirocco fruit bowl made of polished stainless steel
The magical atmosphere of the Stanza dello Scirocco inspired the design of the fruit bowl of the same name, a movement of steel plates that leaves room for imagination. "La Stanza dello Scirocco" is a family of objects that is born around the abstract and still atmosphere of a magical place: the room where someone is forced to sit to shelter from the heat, in the old big country houses in Sicily. The result was a collection of objects with arrhythmic geometries, composed of small chips of different sizes, joined together by points in unstable equilibrium.
